Anthony was born and raised in eastern North Carolina went to N.C. A&T State University on a full football scholarship and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Anthony currently works as a Operations Manager with Bank of America. Anthony is also one of the youth pastors at The Connecting Place at Greater Salem in Charlotte, NC. He has a passion for young people and for mentoring young men especially. It is his aim with God's guidance to be able to teach and lead young people in the way of Christ to find great success.
Minister Alonzia J. Downing
Alonzia was born in Brooklyn NY moved to Charlotte NC in her teens. This diversity helped to shape who she is as a woman and minister. Alonzia graduated from N.C. A&T State University with a bachelor's in communication disorders, and earned a Masters in Communication disorders and special education from North Carolina Central University. Alonzia is a Itinerant Speech Language Pathologist, with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, as well as one of the Youth Pastors at The Connecting Place at Greater Salem Church in Charlotte, NC. Alonzia has a passion for event planning and leading young women in the way of Christ, and working with children with special needs.
